    Are you overwhelmed, tired and frustrated and unsure of how to reach your goals? As a Nationally Board Certified Health Coach, I empower clients to make positive lifestyle changes and improve overall wellbeing. All coaching packages last 6 months, and include twelve 50 minute sessions that occur every other week. In our initial sessions, we will work together to identify your current status and determine the goals you wish to work towards (spiritual, family/social, work, community, physical or mental health). Specific personalized plans will be established. We will put into practice the behaviors that when practiced with consistency will help you reach your self determined goals.

  • CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAM

    Do you know that incorporating a workplace wellness program can save healthcare and absentee costs as well as build community and morale? After an initial free consultation, I will develop a 6 - 12 week wellness program customized for your workplace. It will educate and encourage employees to incorporate healthy practices into their daily routines. We spend half of our waking hours at work - working together towards common goals can be fun and productive!

How do I know if health coaching is right for me?

You are tired of spinning your wheels and want someone to help you determine steps to reach your personalized goals for your life. A coach can help create a personalized plan, set your goals and develop a plan to achieve them, provide education and resources, provide accountability, motivation, and support.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?

After the first few sessions of evaluating and determining priorities. We then will meet to evaluate how things are going and fine tune the behaviors and habits you are establishing. Each session can be via zoom or in-person and will last 50 minutes.

DO YOU ONLY DO INDIVIDUAL COACHING?

If you have a group of friends who all want to work together on your goals in a supportive community, I am happy to accommodate a group coaching program. It can be customized to your groups collective goals.
